Organization
Koinonia is a non-profit organization established through the Presbyterian Church, USA and is open to all Christian men and women from various denominations throughout the State of Washington. It receives funding through contributions that cover weekend expenses and continuing operational costs.Continuance Board
The Continuance Board administrates Koinonia of Washington. The Board is more than an administrative body; it is a spiritual community. The attitude and spirit of the smaller group meetings shall be present at the Board meetings. The goal of the Koinonia Continuance Board is to provide assistance in the future growth of the Christian Community called Koinonia. The board has the responsibility to oversee the structure and content of each weekend and assist the Lay Leader, as needed.
Koinonia of Washington is a recognized Christian
ministry of the Presbyterian Church, USA, Synod of Alaska-Northwest.
The Synod Alaska-Northwest assumes no responsibility, financial or otherwise,
for the activities of the recognized organization.
